This project we have been asked to design, supply, and install new variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems to serve the first-floor office and ground floor offices.
The outdoor condenser units have been installed within the external plant compound on the roof, for which a specialist crane lift was required
Carry out a pressure and evacuation test on all the systems
Supplied and installed new mechanical ventilation with heat recovery units (MVHR) to serve first-floor open plan office.
Supply and installation of new toilet/shower extract fans which includes extract air fans, volume control dampers, ductwork, smoke dampers, grilles/valves, louvers, and time clock control. The fan is situated on the first-floor mezzanine area.
Supplied and installed a BMS panel situated on first floor Mezzanine which monitors the power consumptions off the electric meter and water meter, it also controls the toilet extract fan on a time clock.
Air balancing was completed to ensure that the system was meeting the design criteria
All testing for the air conditioning systems has been supported by accompanying documentation including certificates
Drawings and an operation and maintenance manual were included as per the criteria
