The brief

The mechanical residential apartment services have included the following works: 

  • Supply of sanitaryware for 80 apartments with three differing specifications
  • Installation of sanitaryware which included toilets, sinks, taps and Doc M Packs. All were to a high specification, providing housing for private, rented, and affordable housing clients.
  • Installation of Heat Interface Units which are served by the main boiler located in the plant room
