The mechanical works for this mixed-use refurbishment included the following:

• Installation of Daikin concealed ducted conditioning units in both blocks A and D, the units will be operated via a Daikin Madoka wall mounted controller, they will also be supplied with a condensate pump.
• Installation of a wall mount air conditioning unit in the office
• Installation of two VRF units, one condenser supplies the four concealed ducted units in the resident’s lounge and the kitchen. The seconding condenser supplies four concealed ducted units in the gym.
• Installation of air handling units in Residents Lounge, Gym, Co-working and Office, the air handling units have local controllers, but they are programmed to be controlled from the central controller.
• Installation of extract fans in various locations (resident’s lounge, refuse, WC and bike store, they are provided by an inline system air single extract fan unit installed within the ductwork.
